The Sydney Skinny organisers strongly recommend that only competent swimmers enter this event. This event is not intended for novice swimmers; all participants in The Skinny Swim enter at their own risk and should have completed sufficient training to complete the distance.

The swim is subject to weather conditions on the day and if it cannot go ahead, there will be no re-run of the event and entries are not refundable. Profits from the event will be donated to Middle Harbour National Park.

Ensure you have read, understood, agree and accept to abide by the following Conditions of Entry, Risk Warning and Disclaimer PRIOR to entering into the swim - Emergency Evacuation Plan, Safety and Risk Warning, Waiver and Indemnity, Refund Policy, Dispute Resolution Procedure, Privacy Policy
